Beginning of Year Forms

Dear Parents/Guardians:

All beginning of year forms are due as soon as possible. Students who are missing these forms are coming home with copies to be filled out. The Emergency Form is extremely important. The Technology Forms are required so that your child can receive his/her Chromebook. Please make sure these are filled out and sent into me by Wednesday, September 11th. Thank you.
