8th Grade Parents/Students (Recommendation Requirements)

I have posted this previously and spoke to the students numerous times….

Please do not have a school send me a request UNTIL all required information is submitted to me. This form , either can be printed out or your child may ask for one. 

I WILL NOT do any recommendation unless I receive the required information. 

Please also make note the last day I will accept any request is on November 8th, no exceptions

My apologies if this sounds harsh, but this weekend I have been bombarded with a multitude of school links, requests, etc ., and to date only have 4 students that have completed their forms for a recommendation.
